Return of Goods

The following table outlines everything you need to know about returning goods:

Received a product that did not match its description on the website	Yes	For electronics, you cannot return any used product.

Change of Mind Without Reason

You have the right to cancel your order and return it under certain conditions and circumstances only. If the package is opened, it can be returned within ... days. If the package is unopened, you can return it within 15 days of the order.

For clothing, they cannot be returned unless accompanied by their attached tag.

For other products, if the package or product is in its original condition and includes all accessories, it can be returned.

Refund

If you have received the product:

We will assess the returnable product, including its return fees (shipping fees will be your responsibility), which applies to:

1. Any damaged or defective product.
2. Any product mistakenly sent by us, whether due to a product error, price error, or late delivery.

If you have not received the product:

You are entitled to a refund for any purchased product that you did not receive if your purchase order is canceled.

Non-Returnable Products

You cannot return the following products:

1. Personal products that cannot be shared.
2. Products that quickly spoil or expire.
3. Opened products for health and hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product after evaluating its non-compliance with the return conditions, according to our discretion.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning our products to us. Therefore, when our shipping agent comes to the address you provided, we will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product during shipping. We request that you return the product via mail or any secure service. We cannot refund without proof of receipt.

Gift Returns

Sometimes, we may offer gifts to our shoppers. If you wish to return a gift after it has been shipped to you, your compensation in this case will be in the form of store credit equal to the gift's value, deposited into your store account.

لو استلمت المنتج

منتجات لا نسترجعها

لا يمكنك إرجاع المنتجات التالية:

المنتجات الشخصية التي لا يجوز لشخص أن يشارك شخصا فيها.

المنتجات التي تتلف بسرعة أو أي منتج طلبته وانتهت صلاحيته عندك.

المنتجات المفتوحة بعد التسليم لأسباب تتعلق بالحماية الصحية والنظافة.

ونحتفظ بالحق في رفض إرجاع أي سلعة بعد تقييم عدم استيفائها لشروط الإرجاع ووفقًا لتقديرنا الخاص.

السلع المرتجعة

أنت مسؤول عن تكلفة ومخاطر إعادة منتجاتنا إلينا، لذا حينما نرسل مندوب الشحن إلى عنوانك الذي أعطيته لنا لن نتحمل تلف أو فقدان أي شيء من المنتج في الشحن لذا نطلب منكم إرجاع المنتج عبر خدمة البريد أو أي خدمة آمنة كما لا يمكننا رد المال دون إثبات استلامها

استرجاع الهدايا

أحيانا قد نعطي هدايا لمن يتسوق من متجرنا، لذا إذا أردت استرجاع هدية بعد شحنها إليك فأن تعويضنا لك في هذه الحالة سيكون برصيد ينزل على حسابك في المتجر بقيمة الهدية.
